will the customer have power to their house when the unit is installed on the meter base?

Will testing the meter cause a power interruption? (WT Series)

WT Seies Probewell

The customer has power back for the duration of the test thanks to our internal bypasses

The only outage the customer experience is when removing the meter to inster the tester and when removing the tester to put the meter back in the installation.

The testers do not use customer load, the tester creates it's own loads with the built-in a separate three phase synthesised phantom load.

This is for all self-contained meters or any meter base that does not have meter base bypasses.

For CT rated meters, the installations bypasses shall be used to avoid opening the current transformers secondary coil.
