Below is an index of the WT Series Error code and some suggestions to solve the issues.

108 SOCKET_VOLTAGE_FRONT_SHELL_ERROR
Voltage detected on the front jaws when meter is not energized.

Check test setup.
118 SOCKET_AMP_FAULT
Socket is unable to read the proper current on front jaws.


Check meter insertion. Reboot the socket with the meter attached.

111 SOCKET_LOAD_CONFIG_ERROR
Error reading the EEPROM of the socket. Reverts to default values.
112 SOCKET_CONFIG_CHECKSUM_ERROR
Error reading the EEPROM of the socket.

Reverts to default values.
120 SOCKET_LINE_VOLTAGE_OUT_RANGE
Line voltage is outside of socket parameters (between 100 VAC and 480 VAC).

Check input voltage.
121 SOCKET_LINE_FREQUENCY_OUT_RANGE
Line frequency is outside of socket parameters (between 58 Hz and 60 Hz).

Check input frequency.
203 OPTDEV_NOT_DETECTED
No optical device detected.

Connect optical device to IO port.
402 METER_CONFIG_CHECKSUM_ERROR
Connect optical device to IO port.
405 METER_VOLTAGE_OUT_OF_RANGE
Meter voltage is outside of socket parameters (between 100 VAC and 480 VAC).

Check input voltage.
406 METER_FREQUENCY_OUT_OF_RANGE
Meter frequency is outside of socket parameters (betwenn 58 Hz and 60 Hz).

Check input frequency.
407 METER_NOT_FOUND
No meter detected.

Check meter insertion. 
408 METER_NONE_INSTALLED
No meter installed during KH autodetect.

Check meter insertion.
502 CALIBRATION_VOLTAGE_OUT_OF_RANGE
Voltage on front jaws is out of range during calibration (within 5% of selected nominal value).

Check input voltage. 
503 CALIBRATION_CURRENT_OUT_OF_RANGE
Current on front jaws is out of range during calibration (within 5% of nominal value).

Check test setup.
504 CALIBRATION_FREQUENCY_OUT_OF_RANGE
Frequency on front jaws is out of range during calibration
(within 5% of 60 Hz).

Check input frequency. 
505 CALIBRATION_IFB_SCALE_OUT_OF_RANGE
Current on front jaws is out of range.

Check test setup.
506 CALIBRATION_BURDEN_TOO_HIGH
Cannot reach maximal calibration current value.

Check test setup..
507 CALIBRATION_NO_PULSE
No pulse is received on the socket IO port.

Check test setup.
1009 QUESTIONS_CHECKSUM_ERROR
Error reading the EEPROM of the socket.

Reverts to default values.

1111 REMOTE_CONFIG_CHECKSUM_ERROR
Error reading the EEPROM of the socket.

Reverts to default values.

1216 REPORTS_CHECKSUM_BAD
Error reading one or multiple reports in the EEPROM of the socket.

Resets affected report slots.

1217 REPORTS_ALL_SLOTS_USED
No more available report save slots.

Transfer test reports from socket to PC and delete reports from socket. 
1302 SYSTEM_INIT_ERROR
Could not initialize system.
