What is Demand test?



Demand test

Ho does it work?
The Demand test is used to test meters that have a demand register, (no accessories are needed).
  1. The meter must first be configured to be in kW demand test mode (check meter manual for device specific procedure).
  2. The Demand test applies a load on the meter for a given sub interval time.
  3. When the sub interval time is reached, the energy reading of the internal standard of the WT series tester is compared to the energy reading given by the meter.
This test does not save data to the device memory.
